Part Time Receptionist (C) 12:30 - 5:00

About the Company: Well-established and stable company in the St. Petersburg area is looking for an experienced Part Time Receptionist! This is a great opportunity with a wonderful organization. We are looking for someone polished and thorough, with professional verbal and written communication skills.

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 12:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Pay: $13-14 hr.

Job Description

  • Taking Inbound Calls for the HR team's department.
  • Greeting vendors, candidates and visitors.
  • Helping with the mail, FedEx and UPS.
  • Helping with light scheduling and light phone screens at times if the recruiting team is backed up but at a very entry level.
  • Getting conference rooms set up for team meetings / interviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of office experience
  • Previous experience working in a Human Resources department required
  • Prefer they have worked with packages from UPS, FedEx etc.
  • Able to multi-task
  • MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
