About the Company: Well established client in the Maitland area is seeking a qualified and customer friendly Receptionist to add to their growing team of talent. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist role with strong communication skills!

Pay: $10.00+ hourly, depending on experience 

Job Description:

  • Answer incoming calls, screen calls, transfer to appropriate person if needed
  • Greet guests, determine purpose of visit, direct or escort them to destination
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Office duties including printing, scanning, filing, emailing etc

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
