Please Note: Reporting an incident to a client supervisor on the job is not enough, you have to report it to a Hiregy representative. At that time Hiregy will direct you to a People 2.0 Preferred Provider for treatment if required. If you have any questions, please ask a Hiregy representative.
What should I wear to an interview?
Generally, it’s a good idea to wear a suit for a job interview. Go with something simple, in a neutral tone. The more conservative your field is, the more conservative your suit should be. For example, if you’re applying for a job in an investment firm, go with a navy blue or dark gray suit. If you are applying for a job working on a warehouse floor, you will look out of place wearing a formal suit. Keeping that in mind, dress a little better than you would for a day at work and make sure your clothes are neat and clean. Again, follow the rule of dressing better for the interview than you would for a typical day at the office.
What should I wear on my first day of an assignment?
For your first day, it’s OK to wear a suit. Then you can gauge how other employees dress and plan for the rest of the week. On your first day, ask your supervisor to review guidelines on appropriate dress and grooming for the workplace.
What do I do if I am sick or have an emergency where I can not make it into work?

Always contact Hiregy if you are going to be late or not going into work on a scheduled day. Hiregy will contact your supervisor. Direct phone numbers for Hiregy staff members can be found in the About Us section of this site.

What should I do if I do not like my assignment?
If, for some reason, you do not like the job to which you are assigned, you should contact the Hiregy office as soon as possible to see if another suitable assignment may be available. If you walk off a job before the shift ends, we will assume you have quit your job with People 2.0. Your employment will be terminated and you will not be eligible for other work through our company.
