Interview Preparation - Think Like an Employer

Just this week, a candidate interviewed with one of our Hiregy team members for an internal sales position.   The candidate was energetic and engaged through the entire interview until he was asked "do you have any questions?"

Surprisingly, he said "no"  and went on to say he was "very interested in the position."   Our VP was stunned.   One of the biggest keys to sales success is asking good questions.   If the candidate had done their homework on our company and taken some time to think about the interview from the perspective of his new potential employer, he would have had a page or two of questions prepared.
