Growth of Temporary Help: A Good Sign for Everyone

According to a CNNMoney analysis of a Labor Department report, Temporary Help has “recovered the most lost jobs.” Many economists say the growth of Temporary Help is a good sign for everyone since this usually forecasts growth in permanent positions.

In the Tampa and Orlando job markets, we’ve noticed this trend by the work we do here at Hiregy.   In 2009, many business froze their hiring, laid off employees and used temporary staffing to make up the difference.   Since late 2010, we’ve seen a significant increase in the number of clients requesting searches for permanent employees.
