Office Manager | Executive Assistant

Title: Office Manager (and Executive Assistant)
Location: St. Petersburg, 33713
Pay: Around $20.00 per hour DOE – Mid $40K’s
Type: Contract-to-hire


  • Provide high level support to the President and the Director of Business Development
  • Maintain calendar and schedule for President and other Executives and Supervisors
  • Serve as liaison between President, Executive Management, Supervisors, and Employees
  • Compose correspondence
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Maintain corporate files and documents
  • Provide concierge service to customers, clients, and co-workers
  • Make travel arrangements for employees and/or visitors
  • Serve as the liaison between COMPANY and our IT department/company
  • Serve as the Sales and Service Coordinator, overseeing all functions of DIVISIONS (promotions, artwork, orders, customer service, preparing shipment to outside U.S.)
  • Create promotions for the above-named divisions
  • Oversee product inventory and schedule products for manufacturing


  • Must have 5 years’ experience supporting high level Executives
  • Willing to assist with all departments (work is not heaviest in any one area), serve as the "go-to" person for office projects
  • Assist with the accounting department/financials as needed, assist with manufacturing, low volume of various different job duties - this role is typically up and moving around!
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Candidate is required to be tech savvy
  • Must have the ability to handle last minute changes and flex
