3/26 Customer Service Representative

About the Company:  Well-established and stable company in Clearwater is looking for Customer Service Representatives.  They are in need of great candidate's with little to no call center experience, seeking to enter the customer service / call center field. This is an excellent opportunity with an exceptional company.

Type: Contract to Hire

Schedule: Mon – Sun 5:30am – 11:00pm (All Full-time shifts within these hours are available)

Pay:  $10.25 per hour (once permanent there will be a $0.50 increase in rate)

         $11.50 per hour for bilingual (once permanent there will be a $0.50 increase in rate)

Job Description

  • Taking incoming phone calls of a transportation nature and confirm eligibility and scheduling appropriate modes of transportation.
  • Review trips in specialization areas and determine provider assignments.
  • Assign reservations to network transportation providers to ensure vehicle resources are used most efficiently.
  • Help track specific passengers and trip progress as requested.
  • Help route trips to providers and prepare manifests.

Requirements and Qualifications                               

  • Prefer high volume call center environment
  • Prefer medical terminology
  • Types 30/WPM
  • Must have GED/High School Diploma
  • MS Office proficient- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effectively communicates using proper grammar and punctuation written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including use of proper grammar and punctuation 
  • Technology adept including Browser and Computer savvy and the use of various office equipment  
  • Presents in a polite, polished, and professional manner upon dealing with customers and co-workers
