About the Company: Hospitality software company is looking to grow its team in Orlando. They are looking to add a Client Service Representative / Tech Support Rep in their Maitland office to help service their growing global client base. The ideal candidate will be professional, career minded, and looking to grow with the company. 

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 4 weekdays, 1 weekend day 12p-8p or 9p (some flexibility with shift). 

Could work both weekend days if desired, with two consecutive weekdays off.

Pay: Based on experience

Job Description:          

  • Provide efficient and prompt client follow-up on unresolved issues through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
  • Handle all questions and technical issues that arise, and escalate to other support teams when necessary. 
  • Educate customers on the products and training resources available.
  • Keep up-to-date with frequently changing processes and procedures and be able to effectively describe to clients. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • 1 – 3 years customer support or account management experience, with an emphasis on software technical support.
  • Experience with SaaS software preferred.
  • Hotel or Travel Industry experience a plus.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills are key to this role.
  • Personable professional who is a relationship-builder and who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Experience working with online tools and applications.
  • Customer facing experience through live phone and email contact.
  • Strong technology background using web-based software systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage detailed multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Related computer experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.

Bonus Skills:

  • Should be proficient with CRM system basics and concepts.
  • Experience in testing applications and providing feedback.
  • Functional knowledge of Spanish, French, or German.
  • Not be afraid of picking up the phone and calling customers.
