Office Manager


About the Company: This South Orlando company is seeking an Office Manager who has exceptional communication skills, office management experience and a strong work ethic to join their team.

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm, M-F

Job Description:

  • Answering phones/greeting potential walk in customers
  • Generate and send out invoices
  • Input customer orders into the system
  • General bookkeeping
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma (post secondary education preferred but not required)
  • Strong computer skills (Basic excel and outlook)
  • General office knowledge
  • Previous experience with accounting computer software 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, organized, excellent at multitasking
