Job Description:  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Handle incoming orders via phone, email and walk-ins.
  • Greet Customers upon entry of store
  • Complete life-cycle of an order – take order via POS, update status of project in system,
  • meet deadlines, communicate status to clients as they check in
  • Input info into system
  • Assist with collecting payment/follow up with receivables with those who have terms
  • Greeting people/answering emails 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graphics software experience –Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Background knowledge in Microsoft Office – Outlook (rules, organize emails for follow through) & excel (basic). 
  • Well-spoken with good phone skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Calculate square footage/take measurements (part of the estimate process) – convert inches to feet and feet to yards.
  • No degree required
  • Experience with business customers
