About the Company: Expanding utilities company is searching for motivated customer support representatives to help their amazing team.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Job Summary: The Customer Support Representative is responsible for handling internal and external customer issues, concerns, inquiries and escalations. The support rep performs daily duties to ensure that our customer needs are being taking care of with efficient and effective service and resolution. Please note job functions are subject to change at any time based on business need.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Attention to detail with ability to organize and prioritize workflow
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures properly in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to leverage research tools to execute sound decisions
