Location: Largo, FL

Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay: Around $17.00/hour, depending on previous similar experience

Hours: M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

 

Job Duties

1. Day to day activities and events including handling mail, emails, answering phones, greeting guests 
2. Coordinate and participate in board and executive members meetings. Calendar management and appointment scheduling for the Executive Director 
3. Coordinate and provide information about organizations special events, classes, programs, rental spaces, etc. 
4. Coordinate and prepare power point presentations, graphic materials, press releases, other duties involving website and brochures 
5. Light bookkeeping and financial reporting to ensure bills are paid on time 
6. Coordinate sub-lease activities and procedures for the arts- business incubator including managing all paperwork, payments, keys, monthly summaries, and renewal information 
7. Assist with coordinating special events and greeting guests in the art gallery as needed 
8. Create marketing blasts to email lists and social media accounts monthly 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of Administrative/Office experience 
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power Point and typical business software
  • Knowledge of content management software with budgeting preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Flexibility to work additional business hours at times due to events (6pm-8pm)
