Administrative Assistant

 About the Company: Well established company in the Maitland area is seeking a seasoned Administrative Assistant to add to their team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have previous office or administrative experience  along with excellent communication and organizational skills!

Pay: Hourly depending on experience

Job Description:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying 
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, emails
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel as needed
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Maintain office supplies for department 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of hands on administrative support experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Knowledge of operating standard office equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects
  • Strong problem solving skills
