Entry Level HR Assistant

We are looking for a professional HR Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and administrative tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that office operations runs smoothly and leading to success in supporting other business activities.

An excellent HR Assistant is above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication, administrative, and project management skills! You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain electronic files and records 
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
  • Greet and assist visitors as they arrive at the office
  • Deal with customer complaints or issues
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Assist in vendor relationship management

Requirements

  • 1-2 yrs experience as HR Assistant or Administrative Coordinator role
  • Experience in customer service is a plus
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office to prepare spreadsheets and correspondence
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Reliable, patient and professional
  • Proficiency with grammar and spelling
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
