Hi, my name is: Bill Fries (pronounced “Freeze” and not to be confused with a popular lunch side item).
I have been with Hiregy since: 2004, when I quit my radio job in Detroit and started the company.
I love working at Hiregy because: every day I get to improve lives by connecting exceptional people.
You may be surprised to know that I: used to perform in a comedy troup in downtown Orlando and worked at Walt Disney World for four years in the Magic Kingdom.
One of my goals for the next five years is: to see Hiregy changing lives not just in Tampa, but in cities like Orlando, Atlanta, Jacksonville and Charlotte (just to name a few).
My earliest memory is: standing in my crib in Ohio looking out the window at my family having a picnic. Apparently I was supposed to be napping, but I've never been one to be big on sleep.
At home, I have: a wife, two daughters and a lucky bamboo plant named Disaster.
The best advice I ever received was: to join the board of the Nonprofit Leadership Center of Tampa Bay. This experience helped me give back to the world in so many ways. (Thank you, Grace Armstrong!)
